We put on our second "Heat Your Home Show" at our shop last weekend. The snow and slush on the roads kept visitors to a minimum, unfortunately, but those who came got some solid one-on-one time with Ken, Chuck and Chris. We had some light catering and coffee for all, and offered discounts for customers coming to the show. There was lots of interest in ductless heat pumps, of which we had a nice selection of models on display to grant visitors a good close look at the technology in action.

One highlight of the event (well, actually before the event) was a radio interview with Ken on the Todd Ortloff show on KONP. They got into a great discussion on the merits of ductless heat pumps, amoung other things. You can listen to the whole show here (download).

We're looking forward to doing more of these shows in the future, and maybe branching out into specific areas of interest as a focal point of an entire event - how to program an ornery thermostat, for instance. It's nice to be able to invite the community into our own "home" and help keep people well informed.
