Teresa started at PenHeat in dispatch around 2006, and likes to say that she's “put her own spin on HVAC” since then. Now you can find her working together with Kirk, constantly implementing ways to further improve the service department.
Aside from keeping the wheels turning in service, Teresa also keeps things running in the warehouse, putting her 5 years of inventory support at the Clallam Co-Op to good use. Calling it “enabling the community”, Teresa is particularly good at finding the best value on quality materials and hardware both directly for customers as well as for the technical staff's various equipment needs.
As the mother to two teenage boys, she merely grins at her reputation as a “mother hen”. Teresa enjoys providing a safety net for the crew, optimizing schedules, troubleshooting equipment flow and getting orders in smoothly for “her” guys. She's also well on her way to earning a B.A. in Business Administration, which will make her an even greater asset to the PenHeat crew.
