Dear Mr. Lofstrom

I had the pleasure of having your company and employees install a replacement heat pump for me this last week. I want to pass on my praise for the outstanding employees that you have. I was very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy.

My initial contact was with Chris when he arrived for the initial evaluation of my needs. He was very informative and gave me all the information that I need to make an informed decision. Estella was the next person that performed the pre- test of the integrity of the old system and it's associated duct work.

The installation was performed by Estella, Deb, Brandon and Chuck. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with a full explanation. I was particularly impressed with with their respect for my home. They were extremely careful to cover all of their work areas with drop clothes and plastic to insure that everything remained clean. After they were done each day, they carefully picked up all of their debris and even vacuumed to ensure that the home remained clean.

Brandon and Chuck worked under the house in the cramped crawl space and replaced all of the defective original ducting. They were very informative and showed me the material they removed and explained why it was defective. Also, they cleaned and repaired some defective clothes dryer vent that was observed while they were under the house.

Our home is much warmer and the temperature is even from front to back, something that we had never experienced before. Deb was very patient explaining the working of the new thermostat and made sure that I understood it. Estella performed the post- test and the PUD representative was extremely pleased with the outcome of the whole installation.
